The role
We're looking for x2 Administration Assistants to join our team in our Borehamwood office from 3 August 2026 - 11 September 2026 (6 Weeks). This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain valuable experience within a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, providing hands-on exposure to a professional office environment. Working alongside our Office & Business Support team, you'll support a variety of administrative and business support activities while developing practical workplace skills that will benefit you in future education and employment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided throughout the placement, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn and looking to gain meaningful work experience.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating information held within the firm's internal databases to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Updating electronic files, system records and internal notes.
- Assisting with general administrative duties across the business.
- Supporting data entry and document management tasks.
- Completing administrative projects as directed by the Office & Business Support Manager.
- Maintaining accurate electronic records and ensuring information is entered correctly.
- Providing administrative support to colleagues across different departments where required.
- Handling information confidentially and in accordance with firm procedures.
