  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain product knowledge and keep up with BMW innovations
  • Work collaboratively with your team to support customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ideally you will have proven experience in automotive sales, however we may consider people with similar sales skills
  • Passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to excellence
  • Target-driven with a desire to succeed
  • Full UK driving licence required
