The Role
As part of our engineering team, you'll visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair domestic appliances while delivering an excellent customer experience on every visit.
You’ll repair four or more of the following appliance types
- Washing Machines
- Tumble Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Electric Cooking appliances
Using our industry-leading technology, you’ll manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently while representing Pacifica professionally.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Appliance Engineer who has
- A minimum of two years’ field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills across four or more core appliance types.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
- A positive, professional attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Competitive basic salary of £27,000–£36,000, depending on skill set and experience.
- Uncapped performance bonus with OTE up to £50,000+.
- Fully equipped company van.
