Lead the physical performance programme for Warwickshire Men's professional squad and Birmingham Phoenix, helping athletes perform consistently at the highest level of the game. Based at Edgbaston Stadium, you'll work at the heart of an integrated high-performance environment, shaping physical development, injury prevention and return-to-play strategies while leading a small team of performance specialists. This is an opportunity to influence player development across domestic, international and franchise cricket and play a key role in driving performance success.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • UKSCA accreditation and a degree in Sport & Exercise Science or a related discipline
  • Significant strength and conditioning experience within elite or professional sport
  • A proven track record of leading and developing athletes in a high-performance environment
  • Experience using athlete monitoring and performance technologies to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams
