About the role: During the 24 months, you will learn all of the responsibilities and accountabilities of a Field Technician, which is a key role within the Field Engineering Team. The role will also get involved in repair activity, which involves troubleshooting and replacing equipment at customer premises or within the core network. Representing our brand and delivering an excellent level of service for our business customers is also a key component of this role. We need individuals with the ability to work in a focused and flexible manner, putting the needs of the customer first. Having a passion for technology is also important, as is the ability to learn new skills quickly in this constantly changing and evolving environment. This role also requires someone who has a flexible attitude to working hours, as the Field Delivery team may need to provide Field resources to facilitate customer demands.
