What you’ll be doing

Your daily activities will involve supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the development while ensuring Company objectives are met in areas such as safety, quality, production, cost, and presentation. You will work closely with the site team to assist with coordination of contractors and sub‑contractors, manage induction of operatives and visitors, organise daily site operations, maintain Health & Safety and Environmental compliance, manage materials, attend site meetings and inspections. This role offers career progression.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in residential property or house builder sector in a similar role.
  • Construction‑related qualification (HNC, HND, NVQ Level 3+ in Site Supervision or Construction Management) desirable.
  • Familiarity with NHBC standards, building regulations and health & safety legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with site team, contractors and customers.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage time constraints effectively.
  • Attention to detail for high‑quality finishes and compliance with specifications.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and site operatives effectively.
