We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by selling campaign management trials to service-based businesses in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, focusing on service-based businesses in the UK and Ireland.
- Execute effective sales strategies to close B2B deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills both in written and verbal forms.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to drive business development initiatives.
- Consistently meet or exceed required daily and weekly talk time targets through proactive outbound calling and pitching.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in successfully closing B2B sales.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Money-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
