Residential Activity Coordinator
Location: Beeches, Mirfield (WF14 0DQ)
Salary: £12.81 per hour
Hours: Part‑time, 32 hrs
Position: Temporary post for 6‑12 months covering maternity leave; potential for permanent role.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months UK‑based work experience in any sector. Sponsorship not offered.
At The Beeches, our adult residential service, we are looking for a creative, energetic, and compassionate Residential Activity Coordinator to bring joy, stimulation, and connection into the daily lives of the people we support. As an Activity Coordinator, you'll design and deliver a varied programme of meaningful, person‑centred activities that enrich daily life. You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure each individual has opportunities to learn, express themselves, and enjoy new experiences.

Policy and Commitment

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS. If the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from the final salary payment.
