About The Role
As a Support Worker, you\’ll provide daytoday holistic support to adults, following the Trust\’s intrinsic principles and behaviours. Your work will help individuals maintain independence, feel included in their communities, and enjoy the best possible quality of life. You\’ll work closely with Senior Support Workers, Deputies, and Registered Managers as part of a dedicated and valuesdriven team.

- Provide highquality, personcentred support tailored to individual needs
- Support adults with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice in all areas
- Encourage participation in community activities and meaningful experiences
- Maintain dignity, respect, and positive relationships at all times
- Work in line with Hollybank Trust\’s principles, behaviours, and care standards
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and other professionals
