We are able to offer days, nights, a mixture of both, and twilight shifts across our five adult residential services in Mirfield – so we’re confident we will have something that will work for you.

The role of a Support Worker
- Support adults with their daily routines including personal care, grooming, and dressing.
- Support adults to eat and drink safely, following detailed Speech & Language guidelines.
- Use specialist equipment, such as standing frames, hoists, and specialist wheelchairs.
- Use a range of communication methods to interact with adults during activities and trips into the community.
- Engage adults in a range of internal activities, including Hydrotherapy, Rebound Therapy, and arts and crafts.
- Work with an inspiring team of colleagues to ensure paperwork is always up to date and of high quality.
