Support Worker

Hours: Full time and part-time hours available

Location: Rowan Court, Holmfirth (HD9 3TQ)

Salary: £12.81/hr (days) £13.61/hr (nights)

We are able to offer days, nights, a mixture of both, and twilight shifts across our 5 adult residential services in Mirfield - so we're confident we will have something that will work for you. The role of a Support Worker:

  • Support adults with their daily routines including personal care, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support adults to eat and drink safely, following detailed Speech & Language guidelines.
  • Use specialist equipment, such as standing frames, hoists, and specialist wheelchairs.
  • Use a range of communication methods to interact with adults during activities and trips into the community.
  • Engage adults in a range of internal activities, including Hydrotherapy, Rebound Therapy, and arts and crafts.
  • Work with an inspiring team of colleagues to ensure paperwork is always up to date and of high quality.
