Join Hollybank Trust as a Support Worker for days and nights operating in Holmfirth.

Location: Holmfirth, HD9

Salary: £12.31 per hour for day shifts – £12.91 for night shifts

Hours: Full‑time and part‑time shifts available, including day, night, and twilight schedules.

The role of a Support Worker:

  • Support adults with daily routines including personal care, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with eating and drinking safely, following Speech & Language guidelines.
  • Use specialist equipment such as standing frames, hoists, and wheelchairs.
  • Communicate with adults through various methods during activities and community trips.
  • Engage adults in internal activities including hydrotherapy, rebound therapy, and arts and crafts.
  • Work with a team to ensure paperwork is accurate and up to date.
