  • Provide high‑quality, person‑centred support tailored to individual needs
  • Support adults with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice in all areas
  • Encourage participation in community activities and meaningful experiences
  • Maintain dignity, respect, and positive relationships at all times
  • Work in line with Hollybank Trust’s principles, behaviours, and care standards
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment

  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from senior staff
  • willingness to learn and undertake relevant training
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential.

Our Values

  • Delivering high‑quality support that improves quality of life
  • Creating inclusive, supportive community experiences

Why Join Hollybank Trust?

  • A meaningful role where your work truly matters
  • Supportive leadership and teamwork
  • Opportunities for learning, development, and progression
  • A values‑led organisation focused on people, not just processes
  • A range of great benefits including access to mental health support, enhanced family leave pay, and discounts and rewards portals for shopping
