At The Beeches, our adult residential service, we’re looking for a creative, energetic, and compassionate Residential Activity Coordinator to bring joy, stimulation, and connection into the daily lives of the people we support. As our Activity Coordinator, you’ll design and deliver a varied programme of meaningful, person‑centred activities that enrich daily life. You’ll work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure each individual has opportunities to learn, express themselves, and enjoy new experiences.

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS; however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
