We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care and support individuals to achieve the highest quality of life. The role is advertised as full-time, at 37.5hrs per week, however we may consider part-time roles.

As a Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care programmes for adults with complex health needs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical care, advocate for the people we support, and promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.
