Hours: Full-time (37 hrs)
Salary: £28,000/pa – £32,000/pa (DOE)

- Drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with leaders to deliver people-focused solutions.
- Support organisational change and development, using data and insight to inform decisions.
- Coach and guide managers on employee relations, ensuring fairness and best practice.

What We’re Looking For
Someone who’s proactive, people-focused, and ready to make a difference. You’ll need strong HR experience, great communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating a positive workplace. A level 3 CIPD qualification is essential, and a level 5 CIPD qualification (or willingness to undertake this in post) is highly desirable.
