Hours: Full-time (37 hrs)

Salary: £28,000/pa – £32,000/pa (DOE)

What will you do?

  • Drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with leaders to deliver people-focused solutions.
  • Support organisational change and development, using data and insight to inform decisions.
  • Coach and guide managers on employee relations, ensuring fairness and best practice.
  • Champion learning and development, helping our people grow and succeed.

A level 3 CIPD qualification is essential, and a level 5 CIPD qualification (or willingness to undertake this in post) is highly desirable.
