Join Hollybank Trust and help shape outstanding clinical care. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical support and guidance across our services, supporting children, young people and adults with complex disabilities and health needs. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with operational and clinical teams to ensure high standards of care, contribute to improving clinical governance, support medication management, assess clinical competencies, and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing clinical support and guidance across our services
  • Contributing to clinical governance, supporting with audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting medication management and clinical risk processes
  • Auditing and monitoring care plans, and advising on areas of improvement
  • Undertaking competency assessments and providing informal coaching to colleagues
  • Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams

About you:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Minimum 5 years' post-registration clinical experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs, including conditions such as epilepsy and gastrostomy care
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance, medication management and CQC & Ofsted requirements
  • Passionate about delivering person-centred, compassionate care
  • Confident communicator with excellent mentoring and coaching skills
