Role: Engagement Coordinator (Holmfirth)
Location: Rowan Court, Holmfirth
Salary: Β£12.31/hr
Hours: 37.5hrs (role will include some evening and weekend working)
Shifts: We would be looking for someone with flexibility to work hours between 10am – 8pm.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship to work in the UK, and we do ask that you have 6 months of UK based work experience (in any sector) before applying.

At Hollybank Trust we support adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest, and we are looking for some amazing new people to join us and help make this happen. Our Beeches services is looking for an Activity Coordinator to work with them on a full-time basis, which will include some weekend and evening working.
Please ensure you make it clear on your application how many hours per week you would be able to work, we have multiple roles available so any applications without this detail may not be processed.
Key Duties

  • Plan, create and lead on planned activities that can be delivered to our adults across the week.
  • Create innovative ways for our adults and support staff to interact and engage with new activities.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our adults, complementing and contributing to their person-centred care plans.
  • Deliver a sustainable and adaptable enrichment programme, that is regularly evaluated to ensure it remains exciting and individualised for our adults.
  • Evidence adult enagement and involvement through photos, videos, and other methods.
  • Liaise with other professionals, both internally and externally, and with families to maximise the effectiveness of the programme.
