Salary: £12.81/hr
Hours: Part time weekends only, 15hrs per week. Day shifts only, mixture of mornings and afternoons, occasional weekend work. Long shifts available once settled.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day holistic support to children and young people with complex needs.
- Build trust and encourage positive routines.
- Help each child develop confidence and life skills.
- Provide support in line with the eight intrinsic principles.
- Participate in the activity calendar and promote a positive home environment.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- At least 6 months of UK-based work experience.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS check.
- Desired qualities include confidence, curiosity, kindness, dignity, and a positive attitude.
