Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ

Salary: £12.81/hr

Hours: Part time weekends only, 15hrs per week. Day shifts only, mixture of mornings and afternoons, occasional weekend work. Long shifts available once settled.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day holistic support to children and young people with complex needs.
  • Build trust and encourage positive routines.
  • Help each child develop confidence and life skills.
  • Provide support in line with the eight intrinsic principles.
  • Participate in the activity calendar and promote a positive home environment.

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • At least 6 months of UK-based work experience.
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Desired qualities include confidence, curiosity, kindness, dignity, and a positive attitude.
