At our Brambles and Orchard Court Children's services, we're searching for caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our vibrant residential service supporting children with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs. The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring children have a safe, comfortable and restful night.
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Promoting children's safety, wellbeing and comfort throughout the night.
- Supporting individual care needs and routines.
- Completing observations and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding calmly and confidently to children's needs.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care.
- Helping create a nurturing and reassuring environment where children feel secure and supported.
