Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ

Salary: £12.74/hr

Hours: Part time. 25hrs (Monday - Friday)

Day-to-day duties

  • To prepare hot meals, salads, sandwiches, potato products and sauces, including assembling food items, baking and preparing cooked items to service standards.
  • Comply with food safety, health and safety and COSHH legislation and Trust policies and procedures.
  • Manage stock and place orders to ensure correct levels of stock are maintained in line service instructions, keeping waste to a minimum.
  • Cash handling including daily cashing up and balancing of float.
  • To follow service instructions ensuring standards are kept high.
  • Cleaning to a standard required to maintain a 5* rating.
