The Bradbury Centre is Hollybank's hydrotherapy and rebound therapy centre, located adjacent to the Elms Centre on our Mirfield site. The centre comprises a sensory hydrotherapy pool, Spa Pool and an activities room for rebound sessions and floor-based activities.
The Bradbury Supervisor runs the daily operations of a busy therapy centre, including pool safety, plant maintenance, cleaning, stock checks, equipment monitoring, and opening/closing duties. They also support therapy and enrichment sessions, manage bookings, provide first aid/rescue, and work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a safe, high-quality service. The post holder must also be a confident swimmer, able to provide first aid and carry out rescue procedures when required.
Essential Qualifications / Education / Training:
- Pool Plant Operators Qualification or willingness to undertake Pool Lifeguarding / rescue qualification
- Good standard of Literacy
- Good standard of numeracy
- Basic Computer skills (email, word processing)
- Must also be a confident swimmer, able to provide first aid and carry out rescue procedures when required.

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
