Requirements:
- A degree in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field.
- Around four years of project management experience.
- Experience delivering projects in customer communications, document management, ERP integration, or banking and financial services technology.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working directly with client teams in regulated environments.
- A solid grasp of project fundamentals, including planning, RAID management, change control, and reporting.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel internationally on an infrequent basis to visit client sites.
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM is desirable.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, ERP platforms, document and output management systems, or relevant financial services regulatory frameworks is desirable.
- Exposure to low code or no code platforms, or a genuine interest in working with them, is desirable.
- Experience in a small consultancy or client-facing delivery environment is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of multiple concurrent client projects from kick-off through to UAT and go-live.
- Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and communication throughout each engagement.
- Coordinate internal consultants and template builders against project timelines.
- Get hands-on with low code tools where projects require it, supporting configuration or template work alongside delivery responsibilities.
- Identify and manage project risks, particularly those relevant to regulated financial services and ERP integration delivery.
- Support commercial conversations around scope, change requests, and project closure.
