The opportunity Paid media and organic social are incredibly important commercial levers for Holly & Co. We need someone to own our paid media activity, scale it significantly across the rest of this year, and ongoing, building on what we have now and optimise relentlessly so we can maintain efficiency as we grow.
You will manage our paid media budget and manage our retained media agency. You will also own the organic social strategy and commercial impact of our two Instagram accounts, @holly.co and @hollytucker, and our Facebook presence. You will also lead the launch of Pinterest as a new commercial organic channel.
This role is for you if you're a commercially minded paid media and social expert who has owned notable budgets and targets, understands how to deploy media across the full funnel, and knows how to take something already working and make it meaningfully better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Paid Media
- Own and deliver a full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Pinterest and other channels as appropriate, working closely with the Digital Director
- Develop and manage campaign plans, budgets and forecasts, ensuring delivery against ROAS, CAC and customer targets
- Plan our annual campaign calendar, balancing seasonal vs BAU and self-purchase vs gifting
- Define channel role, formats, creative, product selection, audience targeting and test plans for all campaigns, collaborating with the wider team.
- Maintain a live feedback loop on creative, ad set and product performance — feeding insights into live optimisations, upcoming campaigns, and other channel activity
- Lead performance analysis and reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights for the wider business
- Manage our paid media agency, working very closely with them to ensure best-in-class execution and running quarterly reviews
- Work with the site team and product team on continually optimising the product feed

- Own the content and commerce calendar across @holly.co Instagram and Facebook — planned with the trading calendar, gifting moments, and self-purchase opportunities front of mind
