Holly Court is a fifteen-bed home with its own gardens, located on the main site in Mirfield. Split into three separate bungalows, it boasts three lounges, three communal assisted bathrooms and three kitchen/diners. Our supportive and welcoming team work in a person-centred way to ensure the adults receive the best quality care and are supported to achieve their goals and learn new skills.
As a Night Senior Support Worker at Holly Court, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for, but day-to-day duties will include:
- Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
- Promoting person-centred, high-quality care
- Conducting supervisions and one-to-ones with staff
- Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation
- Administering and auditing medication(s)
