Are you a strategic, relationship-driven professional with a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for a Business Development Partner to help grow and sustain our vital services for people with learning disabilities.
About the Role
You’ll be at the forefront of securing new referrals from local authorities and the NHS, working directly with commissioners and funders to build strong networks and partnerships. A key part of your role will involve:
- Generating new referrals for our residential, supported living, education and day services.
- Negotiating placement fees and annual uplifts with commissioners.
- Building and maintaining a professional network across local authorities, NHS, and integrated care systems.
- Researching and applying to grant-making trusts to support service development.
- Providing strategic insight to senior leaders on market trends and commissioning priorities.
