This is a part-time, on-site Sales Business Development Executive role based in Loughborough. The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a solid sales pipeline across exhibitions, retail interiors, POS, marketing, and digital media services. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Researching target markets
- Prospecting via phone, email, and in person
- Preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations
- Supporting the creation of proposals and quotes
- Managing and nurturing client accounts
- Attending client meetings
- Collaborating closely with the in-house design and project management teams to ensure solutions align with client objectives
- Tracking activities in a CRM or similar tool
- Reporting on sales performance
- Contributing ideas to improve Hollogram's go-to-market and promotional efforts
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Strong Business and Account Management capabilities, including maintaining long-term client relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience or strong interest in exhibitions, retail interiors, POS, marketing, branding, or digital media is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Loughborough, with a proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management; formal education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
