As Territory Manager, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for promoting our products and services, generating new business and developing existing business within your assigned territory for Dansac Ostomy.
Location: The North West (ideally based Manchester / Merseyside)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
- Promote the use of our services, Dansac brand products and accessories to Stoma Care Nurses in hospitals and health clinics
- Execute the territory business plan to increase sales and market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Stoma Care Departments in Acute Trusts
- Manage, negotiate and develop business opportunities in all accounts
- Complete regular business reviews and determine a plan for the most effective account targeting
- Regularly liaise with the Clinical Team and Marketing Team to share insights and deliver business outcomes
- Attend / hold events to engage with clinical and external partners
- Maintain accurate account records, track and analyse account activity to drive business decisions
- Keep up-to-date on competitors, the Ostomy market and NHS landscape
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Must hold a valid UK Driving License
- Must be able to travel within the UK
Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven success in sales position, ideally in a field-based role
- Experience working in medical device or healthcare sales with understanding of the NHS (highly desirable)
- Strong commercial acumen and highly results driven
- Effective relationship building skills with the ability to influence
- Experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office packages
Education Requirements:
- Degree or evidence of equivalent academic achievement (desirable)
Specialised Skills/Technical Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build key internal and external relationships
- Analytical skills using data to inform decision making
- Empathetic but assertive
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise activities

What We Offer:
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience or other legitimate business factors
- This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister discretionary Sales Incentive Plan
