Summary As Territory Manager, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for promoting our products and services, generating new business and developing existing business within your assigned territory for Dansac Ostomy.Location: The North West (ideally based Manchester / Merseyside)Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37.5 hours, Monday β FridayResponsibilities Promote the use of our services, Dansac brand products and accessories to Stoma Care Nurses in hospitals and health clinicsExecute the territory business plan to increase sales and market shareDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Stoma Care Departments in Acute TrustsManage, negotiate and develop business opportunities in all accountsComplete regular business reviews and determine a plan for the most effective account targetingRegularly liaise with the Clinical Team and Marketing Team to share insights and deliver business outcomesAttend / hold events to engage with clinical and external partnersMaintain accurate account records, track and analyse account activity to drive business decisionsKeep up-to-date on competitors, the Ostomy market and NHS landscapeEssential Functions of the Role Must hold a valid UK Driving LicenseMust be able to travel within the UKWork Experience Requirements Proven success in sales position, ideally in a field-based roleExperience working in medical device or healthcare sales with understanding of the NHS (highly desirable)Strong commercial acumen and highly results drivenEffective relationship building skills with the ability to influenceExperience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office packagesEducation Requirements Degree or evidence of equivalent academic achievement (desirable)Specialised Skills/Technical Knowledge Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build key internal and external relationshipsAnalytical skills using data to inform decision makingEmpathetic but assertiveAbility to work on own initiative and prioritise activitiesAn enthusiastic and reliable team playerWhat We Offer The anticipated base salary range for this position is Β£45,000 β Β£55,000, depending on experience or other legitimate business factorsThis position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister discretionary Sales Incentive PlanPerformance-related Annual Salary ReviewCompany CarGroup Personal Pension Scheme with 8.5% employer contributionPrivate Healthcare Insurance covering you / and your family membersLife Insurance Cover at x10 base salaryGroup Income Protection Scheme25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (pro-rated for part time Associates), with the option to buy/sell annual leaveComprehensive Employee Assistance ProgrammeEnhanced Family Friendly policiesInternal recognition scheme
