Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for upholding daily store operations, driving efficiency in all store processes, and leveraging creative expertise through floorset updates and product knowledge. They also serve as talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development. With a promote-from-within philosophy, this role offers opportunities to grow into future store leadership.
