Our Project Management service is growing in Scotland and we have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager (flexible on level) to join us in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. This is a vital role designed to expand the team and support with the delivery of a variety of exciting, innovative projects and help nurture our existing client base.
Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of large-scale commercial projects including reports, tenders/bids and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the face of Hollis and contribute to the growth of our project management team across various sectors (industrial, office, residential, hospitality, etc.).
- Integrate and work closely with existing Senior PMs, Associates and Director leads to facilitate exceptional product delivery.
- Support the continued growth and development of a strong, dynamic team within the Edinburgh office on a social and professional level.
Key Requirements
- Experience with Project Management instructions across a variety of commercial sectors ideally office, industrial and residential included.
- Cladding remediation experience desirable but not essential.
- Based in, or a knowledge of, the local Scotland market advantageous.
- Either MRICS, MCIOB, APM status or desire to work towards in the future.
- Dynamic, forward-thinking, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to take ownership of your work.
- Able to take the lead on Project Management instructions, client-facing and capable of hitting the ground running.
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for travel.
