We’re looking for a Senior Engineer or Associate Engineer to join our expanding M&E Engineering team at Hollis, based in our vibrant Manchester office. This is a genuine growth—perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact, take the reins, and help shape the future of our M&E service in the North West.

You’ll be joining a dynamic, multi-skilled office with an established client base and a strong pipeline of work. Our Manchester team is known for its collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset, and you’ll be essential in supporting the ongoing success and expansion of our M&E offering.

  • A background in engineering, ideally with experience in a consultancy environment similar to Hollis.
  • Operational engineering skills, including condition surveys, technical due diligence, and robust report writing.
  • Strong client‑facing abilities—you’re comfortable building relationships and representing Hollis with professionalism and confidence.
  • A proactive approach, keen to take ownership and drive projects forward.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, regulations, and standards relating to building services
