Hollis, a leading cost management practice, is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to lead the North region from either Manchester or Liverpool. You will drive business development, manage a team of cost managers, and collaborate with the regional PM team to deliver cost management services across logistics, industrial, residential and office sectors.

The role covers pre- and post-contract cost management including feasibility plans, cost reports, tender support, site attendance and WIP.
