This is a vital role designed to expand the team and support with the delivery of a variety of exciting, innovative projects and help nurture our existing client base.

Main responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management of large-scale commercial projects including specifications, reports, tenders/bids and liaising with internal and external contractors.
- Act as the face of Hollis and contribute to the growth of our project management team across various sectors (industrial, office, hospitality etc.).
- Support senior Project Managers to deliver refurbishment, fit-out and new build real estate projects.
- Integrate and work closely with existing Associates and Director leads to facilitate exceptional product delivery and manage client relationships.
- Support the continued growth and development of a strong, dynamic team within the Leeds office on a social and professional level.
Key requirements:
- Experience with Project Management instructions across a variety of commercial real estate sectors beneficial, particularly office, retail and industrial.
- Based in, or a knowledge of, the local North-West market.
- MRICS, APM or desire to work towards in the future.
- Dynamic, forward-thinking, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to take ownership of your work.
- Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle for travel.
