We're looking for a talented Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Manchester team. This is a multi-skilled role, offering the chance to work across a broad range of projects, dilapidations and professional surveying instructions as desired, while learning from some of the industry's most respected experts. The role combines technical delivery, client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to develop your own specialisms as your career progresses. You'll have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial property instructions, supporting investors, landlords, occupiers and developers with everything from refurbishment and project delivery through to dilapidations, technical due diligence, planned maintenance and defect-related advice. The breadth of work means you'll continue to build your expertise, gain exposure to different sectors and collaborate with specialists from across the business.
