We're recruiting for an established, highly regarded automotive dealership in West London that is looking to add experienced Vehicle Technicians to its busy and successful workshop.
Whether you're currently working in a main dealership or an independent garage, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
With a competitive basic salary of up to £41,000, uncapped bonus potential and an OTE of £51,000+, there's excellent earning potential alongside ongoing manufacturer training and genuine career progression.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be working alongside a team of experienced professionals, carrying out a variety of servicing, maintenance and repair work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out vehicle health checks and inspections
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing warranty work and authorised repairs
- Carrying out pre-delivery inspections where required
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with Vehicle Technicians who have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic
- Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- A full UK driving licence
- A positive attitude and pride in delivering quality workmanship
Main dealer experience is NOT essential. If you're a qualified technician currently working in an independent garage and looking to make the move into a dealership environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Previous manufacturer-specific experience isn't necessary, as further training and accreditation can be provided.
