Hollingwood Primary School and Poolsbrook Primary Academy are seeking an ambitious and inspirational leader to become the next Head Teacher across both schools. This is a significant leadership opportunity. Leading across two schools, you will benefit from a shared structure which includes leadership capacity, governance, operational support and resources across both settings. This creates the conditions for you to focus on what matters most; delivering exceptional outcomes for children, developing people, strengthening culture and leading sustainable improvement.
