Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial information to non-specialists. Recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA or equivalent), or finalist with substantial relevant practice experience. Previous experience in an accountancy practice environment is highly desirable; experience with SMEs and owner-managed businesses is an advantage.
