This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successfulsenior leader who has a proven track record of improving the quality ofeducation and leading whole school improvement.
The Governing Board are looking for aDeputy Headteacher who:
- Has a commitment to providing an inclusive and nurturingenvironment, ensuring that all children are able to flourish.
- Has strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire,motivate and develop staff and pupils.
- Is passionate about delivering a rich, inclusive curriculum thatmeets the needs of a diverse pupil population.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a collaborativeapproach.
- Can foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration and excellence.
- Embraces inclusion and understands how to support children withSEND and other barriers to learning.
- Assist the Headteacher with the day-to dayorganisation of the school.
- Deputise for the Headteacher in their absence.
