We are now seeking an outstanding Clinical Registered Care Home Manager to lead our team at Hollie Hill Care Home in Stanley, Durham.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person‑centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike. You will use your clinical and operational expertise to:

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing care team
  • Deliver exceptional standards of person‑centred care
  • Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and governance standards
  • Drive occupancy, quality and continuous improvement

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role
