We are recruiting an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our service in Scotland. This is a senior leadership role for a motivated professional with strong regulatory knowledge, people management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Care Inspectorate compliance
  • Service quality
  • Staff leadership

Ensuring the service operates safely, efficiently, and in line with Scottish Care Standards.

Qualifications:

  • SVQ Level 4 Social Services & Healthcare (SCQF Level 9) + Leadership & Management
  • Registration: SSSC Registered (or eligible)
  • Experience: Domiciliary / Home Care Management
