Our client, a
leading global pharmaceutical organization , is seeking
experienced SAP serialization professionals
to join their Dublin-based team. These roles will play a critical part in ensuring global compliance, product traceability, and efficient serialization operations within their enterprise systems. Position 1: SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals) Functional Lead
Experience Required
10+ years of overall SAP experience
Minimum
2 end-to-end pharma serialization implementations
using
SAP ATTP
(Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Lead
SAP ATTP (S/4HANA)
implementation for pharmaceutical serialization.
Perform
gap analysis
in enterprise serialization systems.
Prepare
functional specifications, test scripts , and execute
SIT/UAT
cycles.
Configure and optimize
serialization, aggregation, and reporting
functionalities.
Ensure compliance with
US DSCSA, EU FMD, Russia, Middle East , and other regulatory markets.
Collaborate with business SMEs for
training, documentation, and change management .
Support
integration
with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM) and external systems (Trackwise).
Required Skills
Deep understanding of
pharma serialization
and
packaging processes .
Strong hands-on experience in
SAP ATTP S/4HANA
(integrations, upgrades, AIF configuration, rules framework).
Experience in
divestiture or integration projects .
Excellent
documentation, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.

Experience Required
8+ years in
serialization systems
and
L2/L3 packaging systems
(Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, maintain, and support
L3 solutions
(Optel, Arvato CSDB, etc.).
Manage
L3 system integrations, upgrades, and decommissioning .
Collaborate with
IT, site engineering , and
packaging SMEs
for system readiness.
Support
IQ, OQ, PQ validation
for L2/L3 systems in serialized and non-serialized environments.
Maintain
test scripts
in
HP Quality Center (Micro Focus ALM) .
Ensure compliance with
change control and validation
standards.
Provide
hypercare , go-live, and daily
system monitoring
support.
Handle
infrastructure/network requests
for system upgrades and maintenance.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with
serialization platforms:
Optel, Arvato, Uhlmann, Seavision, Jekson, Systech, SAP ATTP.
Proficiency with
Micro Focus ALM/HPQC ,
Tracelink , and
ServiceNow .
Strong understanding of
pharma serialization compliance
requirements.
Ability to lead
cross-functional teams
and manage
cutover
activities.
