Holland Properties is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a London-based residential portfolio, with additional exposure to block management. If you’re confident managing a portfolio end-to-end and want a role with real responsibility, this is a strong opportunity to step into a well-rounded position.

The Role

  • You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties (ASTs), acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, while also gaining exposure to a small number of residential blocks.
  • This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role with full ownership — from maintenance and compliance through to arrears and invoicing.
  • Full management of a residential portfolio
  • Managing tenant and landlord relationships
  • Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
  • Conducting property inspections and reporting
  • Handling tenancy renewals and negotiations
  • Chasing rent arrears and managing payment plans
  • Monitoring rental income and reporting to landlords
  • Raising and managing contractor invoices and landlord charges
  • Working with accounts to reconcile statements

Compliance & Block Exposure

  • Ensuring compliance (EICR, gas safety, licensing)
  • Supporting with a small number of residential blocks
  • Liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, and managing agents

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in residential property management
  • Confident managing arrears, maintenance, and tenant issues
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy portfolio
  • Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems (MRI preferred)
