Salary: FTE £31,361 per annum (£27,754.49 actual).

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks a year (term time only 39 weeks +1 week).

Reporting to: Office Manager & Vice Principal, Pastoral.

Overall Job Purpose: To oversee the provision of first aid and medical assistance for all students and staff, and to be responsible for the front of house, answering the phones and providing an outstanding customer service to parents, staff and stakeholders. To manage office organization and provide strong administrative support services, creatively managing and maintaining school office systems. To support the Office Manager & PA to the Principal in all administrative aspects of school functioning.
