We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with deep expertise in back-office operations to lead transformation programmes for leading Private Equity and Investment Management clients.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead complex back-office transformation projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while managing project delivery from discovery through implementation.

You'll combine operational expertise with strong consulting skills to help clients improve efficiency, optimise operating models, and deliver technology-enabled change.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead back-office transformation programmes across private equity and alternative asset managers.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders to define business requirements and operational improvements.
  • Review and optimise fund operations, investment operations, finance, accounting, reporting, compliance and data management processes.
  • Conduct business process mapping, operating model reviews and target operating model design.
  • Lead vendor selection, system implementation and operational review engagements.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants while managing project workstreams.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, client presentations and solution design.
  • Ensure accurate project governance, budget management and resource planning.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Experience delivering consulting or transformation projects within Private Markets, Asset Management or Financial Services.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Operations

  • Experience with operating model design and business process improvement.

  • Experience leading workshops and managing senior client stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following

  • Business process mapping
  • Operating model reviews
  • Data analysis
  • Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Microsoft Excel, Visio and Project
  • Power BI and SQL (desirable)
