The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most respected names in Private Markets, helping clients design and implement more effective operating models and business processes. As a Consultant, you'll lead client workstreams, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, analyse complex business challenges, and deliver practical recommendations that create measurable value. You'll be part of a collaborative team that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you the opportunity to develop your consulting skills while working on high-profile transformation programmes.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver consulting engagements focused on Enterprise Operating Models, business transformation, and operational excellence
- Lead project workstreams, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, governance meetings, and Steering Committees
- Analyse business processes, operating models, and organisational challenges to develop practical recommendations
- Work closely with operations, technology, and leadership teams to support successful change and implementation
- Coach and support junior colleagues while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
- Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support the continued growth of Holland Mountain
About You: We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working closely with clients, and delivering meaningful change. You'll bring:
- Experience in consulting, business analysis, project delivery, or transformation programme
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading projects or managing workstreams independently
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- A structured approach to problem-solving and business analysis
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
- The ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced consulting environments
- Experience within Private Equity, Financial Services, or Asset Management is highly desirable
- Exposure to Target Operating Models (TOM), Enterprise Operating Models (EoM), change management, or operational transformation
