The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Consultant in our Professional Services team, you’ll take accountability for the delivery of multiple client engagements, working closely with private equity clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and workstreams, owning timelines, budgets and quality.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for delivery risks, issues and prioritisation decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, leading meetings and contributing to steering committees.
- Analyse and oversee the documentation of business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable plans and high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare and present senior-level materials, including status updates and steerco packs.
- Manage and mentor analysts and other delivery resources, supporting their development.
- Identify opportunities to add further value for clients and support account development.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and Consultant-led forums across Holland Mountain.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and setting the standard for best practice.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Middle Office MSE (e.g. iLevel (S&P), portfolio implementation).
- Experience delivering complex, client-facing projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting in formal governance settings.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- An analytical, solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to develop others and grow into broader leadership responsibilities.
- Experience within Private Markets, financial services, data, ESG or technology-enabled change is advantageous, but not essential.
