We’re looking for an Account Associate to join our growing commercial team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Keep client accounts running like clockwork—tracking renewals, meetings, and key actions
- Work closely with Account Managers on real client relationships
- Turn data into insights through reporting, account health tracking, and analysis
- Coordinate meetings, governance, and client communications
- Spot risks, chase actions, and keep everything moving forward
- Support onboarding and help new clients get up and running successfully
What we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years’ experience (or a strong internship) in a client-facing, ops, or commercial role
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable speaking with stakeholders
