The role requires experience with DLP programs, investigations into data loss or exfiltration, and familiarity with eDiscovery tools. A background in IT or law, strong investigative skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key Responsibilities Improve data loss prevention controls and strategies to protect confidential information in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. Respond to data egress incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions. Develop metrics and reports for the DLP program. Prepare incident reports for senior management. Update investigation policies and procedures. Support privacy incident reporting and breach notifications, working with stakeholders and privacy counsel. Ensure documentation and adherence to compliance standards and controls. Assist in privacy communication and training initiatives. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. Support vendor risk management and DPIA programs. Monitor and oversee remediation efforts for compliance risks. Contribute to the Firm’s IRM program and provide updates to the PIMS Council. Support audits and evidence collection processes. Perform additional projects and duties as assigned. Required Qualifications & Education At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, law firm, or investigation roles. Knowledge of data handling, privacy principles, and data governance. Preferred Qualifications & Education Experience with Microsoft tools is preferred. Industry certifications such as CIPP or CIPM are preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Moderate to advanced keyboard skills.
