We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about learning a unique craft. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's finest master craftsmen while developing the skills needed to become a highly skilled Gunmaker, with a long‑term goal of securing permanent employment.

About the Employer: Perfecting the art of shooting since 1835, Holland & Holland is one of Britain’s most prestigious luxury gunmakers. Alongside our renowned sporting guns and luxury retail collections, we operate exclusive shooting grounds offering first‑class hospitality, shooting tuition, and corporate and private events.

What You'll Do:

  • Undertake all aspects of the apprenticeship training programme, completing practical and theoretical learning
  • Learn and develop skills across multiple craftsmanship departments
  • Operate machinery, tools and equipment safely under supervision
  • Produce work to the exceptionally high‑quality standards expected by Holland & Holland
  • Follow all Health & Safety policies and safe working procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Factory
  • Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards learning and personal development

Training Outcome: Progressing to a Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship (36–48 months), subject to successful completion of Level 2.
